Sanicare Inventory System

System Overview

The Sanicare Inventory System is a web-based administrative platform designed to manage delivery receipts (DR), sales orders (SO), and barcode scanning for inventory tracking. It enables administrators to monitor shipments, validate deliveries through barcode scanning, and maintain user and SKU management.

Key Features & Modules

1. User Authentication

• Admin Login: Secure sign-in for administrators via email and password.

• Remember Me & Forgot Password options are available.

2. Administrator Dashboard

• Summary Metrics:

  • Total Delivery Receipts

  • Total Users

  • Total Pending Delivery Receipts

• Navigation Menu:

  • Dashboard

• Monthly Delivery Receipt Chart: Visualizes DR trends over the year.

3. Delivery Receipt (DR) Management

• Admins can import DRs containing orders that require barcode scanning for completion.

• Each DR includes:

  • DR Number (e.g., TAN695133)

  • Group/Company (e.g., ROB5-241 GEN. TRILS)

  • DR Status (Pending, Scanned, etc.)

  • Barcode Scanned Progress (e.g., 0/22)

  • SKU List with details:

    • SKU Code

    • Quantity Ordered

    • Quantity Scanned

    • Units per Item

    • Date

    • Status

4. Barcode Scanning Module

• Core Function: Scan barcodes to validate and complete DR items.

• Features:

  • Manual barcode entry or scanner activation.

  • Real-time scanning status display.

  • Toggle between Start Scanning and Stop Scanning.

  • Scan History tracking per DR, including:

    • Who scanned the barcode

    • Timestamp of scan

    • Barcode value

• Scanner Status: Indicates when the scanner is active and ready.

5. Trip & Delivery Details

• Admins can edit trip details for each DR:

  • Start & End Time

  • Checker(s)

  • Plate Number

  • Driver/Helper

  • Dock Number

• Ability to add multiple checkers, drivers, and helpers.

6. Scan History & Data Logging

• Scan History Table:

  • Logs every barcode scan with:

    • DR #

    • SKU

    • Barcode Scanned

    • Date & Time

    • Status

• Export Options: Data can be exported to Excel or PDF.

7. User & SKU Management

• Manage Users: Add, edit, or remove system users.

• Manage SKU: Maintain product SKU database.

8. Leaderboards (Auxiliary Feature)

• Expectant Mothers Leaderboard:

  • Tracks performance metrics (Score, Time, Rank) for trainees or employees.

  • Includes:

    • Name

    • Course/Section

    • Completion Time

    • Score

    • Rank

Workflow Example

1. Admin logs in to the system.

2. Imports a Delivery Receipt (DR) containing several SKUs.

3. Assigns trip details (checker, driver, dock, etc.).

4. Uses barcode scanner to scan items listed in the DR.

5. System updates:

   • Scanned quantity per SKU

   • DR status (e.g., from Pending to Scanned)

   • Logs scan history with user and timestamp.

6. Monitors progress via Dashboard and Scan History.
